Prototype work for 2021 Monster Creative Competition

■Creative Concept：

This work was created for the themed competition Urban Hidden Monsters. The idea originated from a past creative episode by W: an illustration of an African parrot that was often mistaken for a common city pigeon. This visual misconception became the starting point of the concept — within the flocks of seemingly ordinary pigeons in busy urban parks, could there be unknown creatures hiding among them, masters of mimicry?From this idea, the work was developed to portray mimetic monsters concealed within everyday cityscapes, lurking in the corners of urban life while exploring the blurred boundary between reality and illusion.
