Welcome to EWA Studio. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to EWA Studio. EWA Studio operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available in connection with your order, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). EWA Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (the "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

We may change any product description at any time at our sole discretion and without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and may limit the quantity of any product we make available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Section 3 — Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. EWA Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until EWA Studio confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before we accept your order. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as EWA Studio may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, or if we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number you provided at the time of ordering.
Products you purchase may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy [link].
Your purchase is for your personal or household use only, and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is submitted, and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling charges, duties or import fees.
Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores, other online stores, or stores operated by third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions that affect pricing; these are governed by separate terms and conditions outside of these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card number and expiry date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use that credit card for the purchase, (iii) the charges you incur will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the product to the carrier.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
The Services, including without limitation all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by EWA Studio, its affiliates or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting you any licence or other right to use any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of EWA Studio, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorised use of the Services may violate intellectual property laws. EWA Studio reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
The EWA Studio name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of EWA Studio or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written permission of EWA Studio. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Section 7 — Optional Tools
As part of the Services, you may be given access to customer tools provided by third parties, which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, and without any endorsement. We have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of optional tools offered through this site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with, and agree to, the terms on which the relevant third-party provider supplies those tools.
We may also offer new features through the Services in the future, including the release of new tools and resources. Such new features shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

The Services may contain material and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties, including any embedded third-party functionality. We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party material or website you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access such material or third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or loss arising from your access to any third-party website, or from your purchase or use of any product, service, resource or content on any third-party website. Please review third-party policies and practices carefully before entering into any transaction, and make sure you understand them. Complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
EWA Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase you make in our store is made directly with EWA Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and EWA Studio, including any injury, damage or loss arising from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with EWA Studio.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy (available here [link]), and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy (available here). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve them for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transferred to and shared with Shopify and third parties, who may be located in countries other than your country of residence, in order to provide the Services to you. For example, we may use the rights granted under this licence to operate, provide, evaluate, enhance, improve and promote the Services, and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under these Terms of Service.
You also represent and warrant that: (i) you own all Feedback and all rights necessary to submit it; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentive received in exchange for submitting the Feedback; and (iii) your Feedback will comply with these Terms.
We may, at our sole discretion but without obligation, monitor, edit or remove Feedback we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes either party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your Feedback will not infringe any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you make and its accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Feedback posted by you or any third party.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. If any information is inaccurate, we reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to change or update information or cancel orders, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulation, rule, law or local ordinance; (c) to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or injure any of our employees or any other person; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam" or any other similar solicitation; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which we determine may harm EWA Studio, Shopify or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.
In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code that may affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm, pretext or otherwise attack the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraper, data-gathering or extraction tool, automated device or process, AI tool (such as agentic AI), or automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, bypass or circumvent any security or authorisation feature, robot exclusion header or other measure we use to restrict access to the Services. If we determine that you are in breach of any part of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend, disable or terminate your account at any time without notice.
Section 14 — Agents
14.1 This section (the "Agent Terms") applies if you use, permit, enable or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use or interact with any of the Services. 14.2 No Agent may access, use or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself at all times and operates in strict compliance with the requirements in Section 14.4 below. Further, no Agent may access, use or interact with any of the Services if we request that it refrain from doing so.
14.3 We may restrict, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses and interacts with the Services.
14.4 An Agent must: (i) indicate in all HTTP/HTTPS requests that the request originates from an Agent, and disclose the Agent's name by including the following in the request's user-agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate the fact that any access, use or interaction originates from an Agent, for example by (a) mimicking human behaviour and interaction patterns, or (b) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from human use; (iii) answer truthfully any question or prompt that seeks to determine whether an interaction originates from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify or control whether and how Agents access, use or interact with the Services.
Section 15 — Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part of them, at any time at our sole discretion and without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following provisions survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any provision that by its nature should survive termination.
Section 16 — Disclaimers
Information displayed or made available on or through the Services is provided for general information purposes only. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability arising from any reliance placed on such material by you, any other visitor to the Services, or anyone who may become aware of its contents.
Except as expressly provided by EWA Studio, the Services and all products made available through the Services are provided to you "as is" and "as available", without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant, represent or guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the exclusion of implied or other warranties, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you.
Section 17 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither EWA Studio, nor our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, nor Shopify and its affiliates or their equivalent personnel, shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any nature, arising from or relating to your use of any of the Services or any product procured through the Services, or any other claim related thereto, including without limitation any error or omission in any content, or any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of the Services or any content or product posted, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Services, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EWA Studio, Shopify and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against any loss, damage, liability or claim payable to any third party (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or resulting from: (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents incorporated by reference; (2) your violation of any law or infringement of the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, provided that a failure to notify promptly will not relieve you of your obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced as a result. We may control the defence and settlement of such a claim, including choice of counsel, at your expense, but we may not settle any claim that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. You must cooperate in the defence of an indemnified claim, including by providing relevant documents.
Section 19 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Section 20 — Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect of the Services, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us, including without limitation any prior versions of these Terms of Service.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Section 21 — Assignment
You may not delegate, transfer or assign this agreement or any right or obligation under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment shall be void. We may assign, transfer or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice or consent.
Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreement under which we provide the Services to you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which EWA Studio is headquartered, and the courts of that jurisdiction shall have jurisdiction. You and EWA Studio agree that those courts are the courts of competent jurisdiction and have personal jurisdiction.

Headings used in this agreement are for reference only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service, with updates and changes posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms as required by applicable law, and such changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
